Frame pump owners unite

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

At least on my Tarmac, the seat stays are probably the straightest part of the frame. Much more so than the top tube anyway (a straight pump would look too goofy there).

Just tested my Zefal, but it was much too long (and the disc brake caliper was in the way if the QR lever was used).

And yours looks great (for what it is ) on the Jamis.

I just picked up one of the Ninja inside the frame pumps

With any luck I'll put in inside the seatpost and forget it's there because I don't get any flat tires.

I'd like a frame pump for my Tarmac, and if I could get one to mount to the seat stay and be painted to match, that might be the ticket.
Here's one:

Zefal was far superior to Silca. I've owned a Silca pump before--didn't even have a thumb lock, but I paid a lot of money for a name. The Zefal was cheaper and more useful.

I've ordered a Jandd velcro pump strap to use on my other bikes, and it has a little foam pad that goes between the pump and the frame.

Dombrowski has the strap from hell.

That is comical! I loved my Zefal and went through a few minis to settle on, ironically, the Silca Tattico, which is a worthy successor for the reason pointed out in the picture, as well as the fact that like the Zefal it locks on nicely.

Nobody’s carrying a frame pump anymore because they switched over to tubeless in the past six years since this thread was started.
