Took this a couple of years ago at an English Lake District village that shares my name. It's only about 40 minutes by car from my home. My name is Braithwaite with an 'e' on the end but the final letter is missing from my user name as it is too long!
I have many photo's of my bikes but not many with me in them.
Oh, here's ugly fat me. Great day earlier this year during a 60k ride up in the country.

Oh man, you just triggered a whole cascade of memories. I use to fly a Schleicher ASW-19 out of Truckee, CA. Absolutely nothing like soaring the Sierras. Longest flight was from Truckee to Mammoth Lakes.

I follow GCN on my phone ror the inspirational photos and watch their videos and they always shoot some ride in that area. Would love to go back there some time with my bike and enjoy all that scenery and finish the day with a nice pint of bitter. (jealous)

All my attempts to get 'er to take 'ers off fell on deaf ears. But she might have a point. I'm in my 70's . . .
I know its a tad small, but that is my ID for my bus pass. It's approx 12yo.
