There is no way this was marketed as a "sports touring" frame when it was built c.1965. It's just the way Cino designed them. But with the 108cm wheelbase, the 73* HT angle, the 72.5* ST angle and the clearance for 700x32mm tires (35's would probably fit, but I haven't tried them), I think it qualifies.

@nlerner: 650B on Black Mountain Road? Looks great. What brakes? Any issues? I'd really like to try this to get wider tires on my wife's bike.

I mean, yeah... it's a mid 60s Cinelli. It doesn't matter which Hall in the Building of Bicycle Fame, this bike belongs in it.

What size tires are you running there? Looks like Rene Herse, which ones? I recently acquired my International, but it came with 27" wheels and Cheng Shin tires. Ugh. I have some 27" Paselas on the way, but will probably get a 700c wheelset in the near future.

One more vote for the International.
This picture is slightly dated - the mounting clamp for the Jubilee front mech cracked (as I'm told they all eventually do) so the bike is back to its Campy NR derailleurs. I've also changed the bar tape to a color very close to that of the frame, white only looks good when it is new. I really love the way this bike rides, but I do avoid long, steep hills.
