Will a SLime tube cause tire wobble in cold weather?

Following my wife home today, I notice her 20x2" rear tire is really wobbling. The rim is true, but the tire is pretty distorted. Front tire is OK. I believe I put a tube that was pre-slimed in the rear tire, and it's about 44F. Wonder if it settled at the bottom and got thicker.

I'll have to pull it, reseat it, and see what happens anyway.

It is not the slime. Some tires are just out of balance.

I was going to suggest making sure the tire is properly seated.

as long as the tire bead is even around the rim, its likely NOTB.

It wasn't the slime. I deflalted/reseat the tire, but it got worse. Then I pulled it off and remounted and that made it really bad. I could feel the wobble thru the back of the bike. It was a nylon rubber mix, and maybe the cold weather did something to it. Put on a spare tire I had hanging on the wall.Spins true.

About that slime....This was a pre-slimed tube, all I could find at Walmart last summer. It plugged the valve of course so I couldn't get all the air out. Couldn't find my valve stem removal cap. Sure was a PITA mounting a new tiire with the tube partially inflated.
