Help me remember a cycling term

There is a word that I think I saw on Sheldon's site that basically means a cyclist that plods along in no particular hurry. It describes my riding style perfectly but I cannot remember/ find it.

Can someone help me out?

I call it smelling the roses, but that is not what you're looking for.

More of a cadence thing, but are you thinking of being referred to as a "masher"?

the fellow in my way.
I'm OK as long as they ride straight, so often they meander.

Fred?

If that's the term, it may not mean exactly what you think it does, you might want to find some distinction.

I used to ride with someone like this. He rode a Davidson, but was always in the small ring. I called him, Granny. Though, he really did bomb down hills like an insane person.
