Kingsbridge gauge fix?
I have an older Kingsbridge schrader tire pressure gauge that refuses to work - hadn't used it for a long time. (This gauge must be older than I think - Googling it finds no info.) Any common issues or easy fixes with these gauges?

I didn't realize that you had made these! I have one (presta) that I think works other than the rubber insert for the valve stem is cracked and needs to be replaced. Not sure how available tubing in this size is?

Over the years, I used a few different rubber bushings, so the best bet is for you to email me yours (a picture), send me the complete gauge, and one of the bushing shot next to a ruler so I can match it correctly.
Of course you could also mail me the actual bushing, but that would cost 45 cents.

What ever happened regarding the gauge repair? I recently bought a Kingsbridge pressure gauge that fits Presta valves, and discovered that the gasket is crumbling away. It's pretty neat that this was made by one of our own forum members! Is this something that we can repair, ourselves? Is it repairable at all? I can post pictures if it would be helpful.

Was inquiring about whether they can be repaired, since the initial posts made it seem as if maybe some could, and some could not. I replied by email; pleased to hear that it sounds like most, if not all, are repairable.

I'm reminded of a pretty cool story:
A mate had an Omega Seamaster (the James Bond watch) sitting in a drawer for twenty years, because it was cactus.
This prompted me to mention my mum's best friend is a jeweller, and that I could probably get a good quote on fixing it; he kept forgetting to give it to me, but eventually he remembered, and tossed it at me when we sitting on his verandah.
I fumbled the catch, the watch fell onto the wooden floor, and when I picked it up it was ticking
'Well, that was easy,' I said...

Kingsbridge gage gasket - presta
I'm in the same situation. Have owned this gage forever and still works, but gasket is crumbling. Is a replacement available?

I have about 1000 of these gauges anybody know whst d do with them I started ta
Hey guys I have about 1000 to 1500 of these things big ones and small ones are two different sizes what I was doing as I was scrapping them taken apart because their brass inside but I wanna know if there’s a more reasonable way to sell them or get rid of them

Never did actually send my gauge to FBinNY for repair. Have not really had need for a high quality Schrader gauge in recent years.
