Photos of your mountain bike near water!

I love the "post your bike near water" thread from the road bike forum, so I figured it's high time to start one for mountain bikes as well.

The only rules, it has to be a picture of YOUR bike, and there has to be water (of any form) in the picture as well.

I'll start:

Phoenix Lake, north side of Mt Tam.

Kind of reminds me of the 'Riding game' thread over at SMJ: https://www.supermotojunkie.com/showt...20-Riding-game

Fun idea for biking too, though it might not be nearly as challenging.

I was doing an errand and had just entered a canal path when the sun came out for the first time this year.

Next challenge: a picture of your bike on a real mountain with some form of breathing wildlife in the picture.

If you live within a few hundred miles of any mountains that's an option indeed. I may be able to find the occasional 3ft high hill over here.

I guess Mt Tam is a fake mountain according to dminor?

Too bad I didn't manage to get a picture with the deer that darted out in front of me a couple months ago there, I could have totally met that challenge.

After I took this picture I rode around that deadfall (and rinsed out my shoes in the process)... hit a point where I could see where other mountain bikes had wallowed out in the sand and mud and just kept rolling those fatties.

That bike is drunk, better handle over the crank before the owner gets in a accident.
