well thats a pretty impressive structure, the far away shot combined with the closer shot of the fortified walls certainly shows the scale of it.

Rajastan is littered with forts, castles and palaces etc.
Below is the fort in the town of Amer.

Nice stonework.

Some pics from a recent trip to inland Queensland Australia. More than just a little warm at this time of year.

I wonder what this young Native American boy is thinking as he sits quietly at a viewpoint overlooking the Little Bighorn Battlefield.

East of the Little Bighorn Battlefield in Montana. Technically, we were not on our tour yet, but we were on our way to the start

Doug, that first pic reminds me a lot, of the Aleutian Islands, up Alaska way. 👍I've only been there once, commercial fishing, several years ago now, but I'd love to go again. 🤔😁

Were you asleep when it went by? Was it the only train that night?

Was still awake. Traffic tailed off at night, but there were a few more. What you can’t tell is the I-90 is not that far behind me. Traffic was light at night.

I don't want to spend hours to find nice pictures or the right story.
And you see, I despise that look that you love. To ME those types of sites are slow, takes way too many pages to find what I want, and way to "busy". They look like Pinterest which to me is the ultimate bad site. Great that you like it the exposure site but it is also great that I like my site. Those that like Pinterest can go to the sites like that. Those that want information can go elsewhere. Tailwinds, John
