Wahoo SYSTM has good interval sessions and is more entertaining. I used to follow plans on The Sufferfest and would mix it up with Zwift for more fun. Zwift pairs well with either SYSTM or TrainerRoad to break up some of the monotony of training.

I haven't used SYSTM since it was released. I've been following a FasCat plan in Zwift for base/sweet spot training. Might go back to SYSTM to work in intervals during build phase.
