thanks... the only setting I've ever used is the 15mm for pedals and given that there's also a 15mm on the opposite end of the Campy BB fixed cup wrench, well...

I have only seen one of them. At an old time bike shop near Charleston. Leverage must be awesome, but it might be a bit clunky for the quick crank arm spin on and off...

Not sure, but that BBT-5 is a Ergo (9,10,11) era Campagnolo cassette Lockring/Bottom Bracket tool. I have one, and it's mainly used to take off cassette sprockets for cleaning. I'm not sure it ever fit a freewheel.
