The Right Way to Ride
Although riding is good, if you do not master the correct riding method, it is easy to cause physical injury.
First of all, we have to choose a bicycle that suits us, and adjust the handlebars and seat to the appropriate height according to our height and leg length.
Secondly, during the riding process, we should look ahead and hold the handlebars with both hands naturally, instead of leaning forward on the arms, which will put pressure on the arms and cervical spine.
Finally, we must abide by the traffic rules, and we must cheer up when riding on the road, so as not to cause injury due to temporary negligence.

I wonder if anyone from BF has ever bought one of their bikes? Maybe it's enough to get hits on a website.
