Posting here for future reference for anyone else on the hunt for one of these racks. If you're not set on vintage and/or specifically French, I came across this Dia-Compe version in my searching-
The lines aren't quite as nice as the vintage TA racks, but with a bag on it you might not notice. I see they can be found on eBay for $40 or so. According to an old Velo Orange blog post they can be made to fit Mafac Racers and Raids as well as other center-pull brakes.

Right on thanks two you both for getting back to me. That’s the best image I’ve seen thus far to help visualize installation. I’ve got the diacompe brakes anyways, so that rack seems more appropro. Cheers!
