cycling is and has been the hub of my Mandala for quite some time... mostly 'roadie' with prior track, but now greatly enhanced by mtb/gravel (same rides since there isn't gravel in my area, just different equipment... LOL)
but on the wheel is hiking and backpacking, with some longer mountaineering expeds... Trying to get at least 20 days XC ski and 20 days Alpine each season, some ocean swimming (when the shoulders are workable), league ice hockey was a regular thing, but recent shoulder dislocations have restricted that for a couple years (hoping to get back this coming winter). Other activities have gone by the way-side, to 'conserve' my flexibility, structure and joints - like soccer and tennis. Yoga, isometrics and wgths are foundation, like eating...
All adapted to a balance and 'true-ness' to keep the wheel of life turning as smoothly as possible, given the road is rough at times...

I try to walk at least 30 miles a month and some body-weight excercise. I ride almost everyday and have a physically demanding job, so thats about it.

Running a couple times a week and swimming a couple times of week. During the winter months those two activities become my primary sources of exercise.
