Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Which class on the filter?

That's a lot of miles.

I couldn't care less about helmet straps.

Depends on whether or not I have mimosa plans with the girls. Do you tend to sever fingers at the same time every day? Mow rocks? Pass out on rides?
It was all in fun. But no. My days tend to be scattered

It would not open when I approached or tried to use the handle.

Thankfully, I was home and have a second key. Would have been a mess if I had stopped somewhere on the way.
A friend who got a new Chevy truck during cash for clunkers had it lock itself every time he walked away from it. I used it a lot around the farm. We had to remember to always leave a window open.

Breakfast, dog walk, and a 40 miler. Not mayhem.
But first 40 miler in long memory. Prolly since the original shoulder injury in Feb. 2020.
