Do you know if this is designed for 27" or 700c wheels?

Underrated little frame. Someone will be happy to get this one. Thankfully too big!

90% sure these take 700C wheels...but then again, the spec lists Fiamme Ergals 27", so might be either/or.

EDIT: I don't think either of the tires listed as OEM (Clement Condor or Strada 66) came in anything but the usual 622 ERD tubular size so what we'd call 700C, but the confusion may be that some EU makers called this size a 27" tire. Just the peculiarities of tire nomenclature.

Does it have the "huge cutouts" in the BB shell, or is this one a little more restrained?
Hella nice frame but not one for me, GLWS!

Almost positive they were 700c tubulars with it. Either way, 700s will work, just need to choose the brake with some reach...

Pretty sure these took recessed calipers so plenty of options.

An A-D is a personal icon-of-my-youth, and someday I'll have one, but in the current 'financial moment' I'm glad this one is too small.....!

JUst out of curiosity, what does the seat tube measure C to C?

Edit: saw it in the pictures, which made me sad, because it is my size after all...
