losing weight the easy way

I now weigh a whole lot less than I once did,

have learned how to get it off and keep it off,

and there is an easy way to do that.

The best way to get it off is also the healthiest way.

Begin by keeping in mind that you are what you eat,

then reduce or eliminate "unhealthy" foods and snacks,

and substitute "healthy" foods and snacks.

This is the most generic and useless advice I’ve read here in ages.

almost worse than an A.I. bot.

"The X Files" have become a reality. Trust no one!

(You can always trust me, at least most of the time, on a few occasions)

Years of BBC HYS participation taught me how to deal with this situation.
Bring it on but be prepared for any proper blowback.
Yes, you could become a target.
The clock ticks.

As apologies go, that's a bit feeble.

I have nothing to apologize for.
But that would obviously be beyond your ability to comprehend.
