Stiff waist

Hi,

I have been riding for more than a year now. I owned a dropbar bike and a hardtail. After a minor crash my right waist has been really 'stiff' and tight. If I ride my dropbar bike my waist doesn't feel good after 30 mins ish. I can only ride a hardtail currently. May I ask if there is any specific doctor I can see? (especially in London?) I have been to the NHS but the doctor who inspected me said that the waist would heal after a month or two. It is almost a year now.

Thanks in advance
