Maybe they use rolled out circumference , for a more accurate diameter measurement..

I think it hits the ground at an angle when rolling especially with extended seat post, and flips it out of the seat tube. I lost it twice when rolling ,
somebody saw it fall out and returned it to me another time.
$25 !! . to replace Seen listed in GB for 6pounds but none in US for less. Pre-2017 model seatpost bung (no longer available) secures the rubber bung with a 5mm allen key
2018-9 S2L with factory extended seatpost.
Are the old ones still to be had or do I just glue in a crutch tip?
