Bumping this one after a time away from the forum, as it's still for sale! I think the price of $550 + shipping is pretty reasonable... I paid about the same for the bike and then did the cockpit and saddle upgrades. Cheers!

That is a great price for a 853 framed bike that is a great ride. I had essentially the same 1999 Circuit on on smooth pavement it was a rocket!

GLWS!

Looks like a nice ride and good deal.
If I was near Visalia, CA then would consider.
Love the colors and the eroica bottles and cages are a great bonus

I understand everyone has their own preferences in saddles so I would like to state that if someone does not want the Selle Italia flite saddle, I can lower the price to $500 + shipping. Cheers!

Interesting. I've come across another chart that I was sure had the seat tube measured center-to-center. This one has a ~58cm top tube but the 58cm is c-c on the seat tube - to the top of the clamp is about 61cm.

The bicycle is in storage so I will have to go confirm the top tube length. Maybe I was a cm short in my measurements/memory. It could be the size 60 frame, but to the top of the tube it'd still be 61! The top tube is definitely not 60.5cm.

That is out of the 1999 catalog. I kept a copy of the file when I had my great riding Circuit which was essentially the same frame.

Here's the page for the Peloton specifically

https://waterfordbikes.com/SchwinnCa...0/1999_50.html

I still can't believe this hasn't sold. These are great bikes and if it was my size I would have snapped it right up.

My fav saddle is the SSM rolls and the Selle Italia flite is just as nice and maybe even more comfy.
Id buy the saddle if lucky bike buyer opts out.
