Fixed gear lock ring won't fit.

I got this fixed gear rear wheel for my Fuji Club and the lock ring is too small of diameter to go onto the fixed side of the hub. The inside diameter of the lock ring is too small for the outside diameter of the threads. Do I need a proprietary lock ring, if so where do I get one for this hub.

I was also wondering if this hub will take a Miche/Italian thread lock ring, as those have a bigger inside diameter. I had a Gipemme hub and it had the same issue, but was fixed with an Italian lock ring. This hub does not look Italian or like something that would use one of those lock rings as it appears to be a Chinese flip flop hub. Would this work?

Update: I tried an Italian threaded Miche lock ring on the hub and it was the right inner diameter, but it was the wrong thread pitch.

What brand hub is this? Track lockrings have been made in at least three types:

Your picture suggests that the threads may be damaged. Perhaps clean them up with a thread file?
