Someone in Colorado Springs is selling a bike I would love to have. A ‘89 Bianchi Superleggera with SLX. These came with a full Chorus group but someone put 600 cranks and derailleurs on this one. Still a great bike though. https://cosprings.craigslist.org/bik...532645749.html

I don’t if this is a ‘88 or ‘89 but it looks like it was never used so $350 for a maybe NOS 600 kit

I vote yes, too. If that one has all its original parts, it's a nice project at that price.

Vintage Touring Bike Univega Gran Turismo - $160 (VB)

"80s vintage Univega Touring bike
Likely 1984-1985

This was one from top of the line for Univega

54x54cm
Cro-mo frame
Suntour sealed bearing hubs (real sealed cartridge bearings) Excellent hubs
Alloy 27" rims
Nice Sugino triple crank
Dis-Compe canti brakes
Low rider fork mounts
Original rear rack

This one is rideable as is but is dusty and dirt. Plenty of scratches and scrapes.
Tires are useable.

Last pictured is for reference only. A nice cleaned up example.

$160 firm
Call or text during reasonable hours."

(Last picture: centerpulls and different size?)

The titanium railed Flite in good shape could offset some of the cost.

Performance - Tange Prestige - $225

If this was one size bigger I would have grabbed it yesterday.

One of the Performance bikes made with wonderful Tange Prestige and sporting an aluminum fork. 8 speed Shimano 600 components. $225

Schauff 10 speed

I included this because even though it's a lower end example, its a rare brand, at least in North America.

This is probably an example of how a low value bike will sell in Toronto for more than it should

Beautifull BRIDGESTONE MILE 112

In San Diego, someone around there should jump on this, not a scratch on it, if it was closer I'd own it by now. Google this little known model, nice. Brian

This looks interesting but probably over priced by $200+/- The frame is the ‘85 Columbus Special tubeset bu5 this one has a chromed chainstay so it was probably a Mondale at one time. Older 600 brakes and crank but Nuovo Record derailleurs. $650 in Clinton Ct. https://newhaven.craigslist.org/bik/...530828192.html

Chris Pauley was a custom builder 1975-1985(?) in Santa Barbara, CA. His bikes are really nice, I think this is very fairly priced with all the equipment.
