I told them that I have Dahon bike and they said pushrods are for BikeFriday customers only.
If anyone can assist me with getting this part - please PM. I am a little desperate.

Which is understandable: Bike Friday is a small company.

I guess that when SRAM announced that they will stop the Dual Drive and that they won't support customers with spare parts anymore (shame on SRAM), Bike Friday made a stock of spare parts to support their customers.

They cannot support all Dual Drive users!

I have two extra pushrods and an extra clickbox. Let me know if you want them. I also have a SRAM DD3 on a 26" wheel. I have since converted over to a Sturmey Archer CS-RK3 on my Bike Friday and Cruzbike. If you're interested in purchasing them, contact me and we can agree on a price.

There's a German store on eBay currently selling replicas of the pushrods - search for bodenschatz-parts. Prices seem comparable with NOS from Bike Friday. I've ordered one as a backup so fingers crossed...

Drawing of SRAM Dual Drive Pushrod

Here's a drawing of the rod if anyone wants to have some made. No guarantee as to accuracy but it was made by one of our volunteers who is a draftsman.

Looking for Shift Pin

I have contacted Bike Friday and they will only sell to customer with a Bike Friday Brand. I contacted bodenschatz parts because they are no longer on Ebay and will not ship to the USA from their website. Is there anyone else making them. Some of the past post said they could make one for $40. Is this correct?

Yes, I bought two extra pins and click boxes in anticipation of this. Those extras went to the nice gal who bought the Kinetix SRAM DD wheel set from me. 😎😎

There are some shift rods on eBay that have been there for a couple weeks. You can find click boxes and shifters there too.

No need for specialized shifter. The thing shifts with a 'normal' Shimano MTB triple shifter.

Have you verified that the movement of the shift rod with a Shimano shifter is the same as with a DualDrive shifter? Maybe measure in mm?
What is the model number of the Shimano shifter?
My thought is that you might risk incomplete meshing of the internal gears if the movement isn't exactly right.

If all is good, using the Shimano shifter is a great tip.

I actually used a SRAM DD for three years with a Shimano triple shifter so, yes, I did verify that it works.

Thanks. I was more interested in technical details. Do you have the model number of the shifter?
I’m a nerd and would measure and compare actual length of movement if for not other reason than to satisfy my curiosity.

No. I sold the wheeler in 2018. It was a Shimano MTB triple FD shifter. You can find the details from that.

I am not going to spend time measuring cable pull for your curiosity, but I can say that this Sturmey Archer bar end shifter works great with my Dual Drive.

I have bar end shifters on my folding bike, the derailleur shifter is a Shimano BS-64 for eight speed cassette.

Ron, have you try it personally? I tried an XT and Deore 2/3x shifter, they never work. Even an old X5 SRAM 3x left shifter (the old one with indicator) also won't work. The pull length on the shifter is way too long for the DD hub. One click goes with two shifts in the hub.

From Sheldon Brown and multiple forum sources, the Dual Drive always requires a specific left shifter as far as I know.

I am also hoping to get a general MTB 3x shifter for the DD hub.

I used. My SRAM DD, used during 2014-2018, was mated to a Shimano SLX FD shifter.
