Need a bomb proof 20” x 4” tire

I have a pedego element e-bike and have had two flats in the last week on my commute. Reviews said that the stock kenda tires on it were puncture prone.

Any ideas on a more rugged/durable tire? Willing to spend a few extra bucks. My route often has glass bits in a a few places too FWIW
