Hit & run - Boulder County

I received an alert from the Close Call Database, but it wasn't just a close call:

Bicyclist seriously injured in hit-and-run on Olde Stage Road in Boulder County - Boulder Daily Camera

It happened at noon, on a rural road, on a clear, sunny day.
A witness spoke to the perp, and yet the moron fled the scene.
And apparently, the perp has yet to be identified.

I hope the cyclist recovers from his injuries, and the perp is caught.

I've visited Jamestown, just up the road from the accident. It is a beautiful area to ride. Planning on going there next summer and doing some riding.

Terrible to hear. Glad they caught the guy.

If you Google Map it, you'll see its a pretty small road with no shoulder.
