Wahoo Elemnt only partially syncs

Wahoo Elemnt only partially syncs
Used to work great. Now, my pinned/starred list does not completely update. For example, a new route shows up fine, but the unpinned routes don't come off the Wahoo list. Or a recently completed ride will synch to ridewithgps, but the new route does not transfer. Sometimes running another synch will correct the problems, today not.
I know about routes vs rides.
Any ideas? Does the list ever get too long? I have been a ridewithgps member for many years. Thanks.

Apparently, I am the only one having this problem. My RWGPS pinned list has 17 routes, my Wahoo Element has 12.
Oh well.

An update.
After several back and forth messages to Wahoo, sending screen shots and firmware versions, I am told, "it is an issue that we are aware of. Continue to update your devices."
They could have told me that day one. Sync today, same problem.

thanks for the update bblair- My wife is having this same issue but the tech help people did not indicate that they knew of the issue. They've just been having he unpair, re-pair., reboot, etc. but so far nothing has worked.
It started months ago. We're just hoping it'll be fixed in a update. She has dozens if not hundreds of routes so being able to sort only starred/pinned routes is necessary.

Yes, it's frustrating when they ask you for firmware versions, screenshots and logs when they knew all along about the problem. Could have just saved me a lot of hassle with an honest answer.
