They are so good! My size as well but I have two pairs already. Will give someone else a place in front of me.

yep, my favorites! Had to find another seller to get the nines...it would have cost me more to send them back than its value in offering someone here a pair!

Nice.
if they were nines I’d be on them.
I wear another pair of Adidas indoor soccer shoes with a similar sole (forget the model name) for riding with and without straps and really like them.
they are pretty good for kicking a ball too.

Do these have a stiff sole insert? I find the regular sambas’ sole too soft for long periods of pedaling.

The regular sambas are great everyday shoes and I’ve been going through pairs for over 25 yrs. The sole surface is perfect for easily sliding in/out of clipped pedals— tacky enough for good grip, but not too sticky or spikey that they get caught on the pedal cage. Just not stiff enough for my feet, as I’ve become far too accustomed to biking shoes.

No insert. Just the regular sole. I don't use them for too long with toe clips and straps, but other shoes sometimes feel boxed in...the bike shoes I mean...
