Is the Ridley Noah Fast Disc a good Super bike?
Hello everyone! I have ordered a Ridley noah fast disc, but there is no good review of the bike at all, searched youtube and were only a handful of reviews. No one seems to be talking about Ridley at all, it seems under the radar compared to all others. All I see is reviews on Pinarello's, there is no reputable reviewer like GCN reviewing these bikes. Wanted to know how good is this bike compared to Pinarello, Bianchi or Wilier?

Is it? That is a question you must ask yourself after riding it. Ridley makes fine bikes but is it right for you. In comparison to other brands most of these crabon aero bikes are similar enough that if the brand has a good reputation and the bike has decent parts it is probably going to be pretty good for that purpose. I have a customer who amongst his bikes has at least one or two Ridleys (possibly Noahs cannot remember) and he loves them. Though again does it work for you...if it doesn't than move on to something that does.
I personally don't find the crabon aero bikes to be all that super but truth but told I would much prefer a nice custom titanium bike from Firefly with handbuilt wheels and such. I am not racing and have no intentions on winning anything unless a vegan pie eating contest arises and I want to be comfortable. If I am spending large amounts on the bike I want it to be to my specs and fit for me.

Ridley bikes are good enough for Lotto Soudal to have been riding them for years! I have an older Noah ISP (the one with the integrated seat post), and I love it. It's super fast, but rides a bit harsh on less-than-smooth roads. It's also not the most comfortable for me on longer rides over 50-75 miles due to the really tight geometry. My version also has really tight clearances and I cannot run anything wider than a 23mm tire. Otherwise, it's a really fabulous bike and I recently did a component upgrade to Campy 12-speed.

Ridley isn't a common bike to many of us here in North America. I see maybe two when I go on large event rides with 500 plus cyclist.
Welcome to BF. Ride your bike, figure out what it does good and what it does bad. Then get another after you figure all that out. Don't give it a name. Then you'll get sentimental and some of us will wonder about you. <grin>

I have a 2013 Ridley Excalibur which I raced for many seasons and I still use as my trainer/backup bike. A really great all-around race bike.
