Can you dismount with your left foot on the pedal rather than the ground? I always dismount as I'm coming to a stop rather than after fully stopped.
I mount the bike with the left foot on the pedal, so it makes sense to dismount the same way.

AKA "dropper post". It's a seat post that drops (lowers) at the press of a button. Originally on mountain bikes, now making their way into gravel bikes.
I think this is something for you to consider for whatever bike you're riding, to make mounting/dismounting easier.
