Having a little trouble getting an after picture. My arms are too short to get a decent selfie. Plenty of possible choices for before.

I have had ups and downs over the past 9 years. Job changes, long commute, motorcycle accident then hip replacement and shoulder surgery a year apart. After the last surgery in late 2018 I was back up to 247 lbs by early 2019. I am workings toward the 100’s! Will always be an Athena but will be nice not to meet Clydesdale requirements ❤️

July 2011 257 lbs on left and June 2020 on right at 208 lbs

I was 375 at my heaviest in 2005, after in 2014, 175. I've put back on about 10 lbs since then due to several medical set backs and work-holic tendencies. New job now and not working the long hours, much reduced stress levels, and I already feel better.

Hi all. I'm nervous about sharing and blurred my face, but I took a selfie after a doctor's appointment yesterday. This is from September 2018 to yesterday, and a little over 220lbs difference. Maybe it would be more clear if I took a photo with the vest, but here it is,

Wow so many people that chose to change lives! This is so beautiful! I did a procedure of coolsculpting when I was in New York and since then my life changed. Their medical staff is very competent, I was afraid I would think about that, but they really changed my life. I was ashamed of my body before that, and now I am really happy about the results, I am living a happy life, doing exercises every day, running, cycling and on a diet. These guys https://www.byoulaserclinic.com/our-medical-team/ really changed my life. i will never stop thanking them!

Cycling has changed my life. I couldn’t do 5 KMs without stopping, gasping for air and drinking a liter of Gatorade. 2 1/2 months later I am embarking on a century ride this week-end, having cycled close to 1500 KMs this summer so far.

Not too many “before” pictures on hand but you can see in the face. I didn’t really seriously start dropping my body fat down till mid 2020 just as a note.

April 2019 - 365 lbs

July 2022 - 245 lbs (got the loose skin so you know it’s real)

Good work! That's a lot of effort to drop that much weight. Check out Dr. Berg on YouTube on intermittent fasting to help with the loose skin. It works!

I'm down around 50 pounds since June 2022 (6 months) and still have another 20 pounds I'm trying to lose. Weighed 240 pounds in June. Weighed in at 190 pounds today. 170 is the goal. Biking and eating well are the ticket. And the Dr. Berg videos have helped me get off the plateau.
