Didn’t feel like riding this morning after the failed Cardioinversion I had yesterday. Chest and back where they placed the paddles is still bothering me this morning. But I wanted to finish July .

Setting my August goal at 100 because I’m not sure what’s my next step will be with the AFib.

Actual mileage: 273, goal was 300. I didn't hit my goal, but by a small margin I rode more miles this July than in any other July this century. 765 miles for the year as of 7/31, is also the most YTD mileage this century for me, too.

August goal: 236; August stretch goal: 300.

Congratulations to all Clydesdale and Athena riders.

I was hoping to do 40 or so today, but twas not to be. The life sucking heat, and humidity brought along their ugly cousin, wind. Was lucky to get in 25 in before I called it a morning. After I recovered a little, I ended up putting down new floors in wife's craft room. That was a lot more fun than the 25 miles I did today.

Anyway, 300 to 350 was my goal this month, ended up at 415.37. Sitting at 1266 for the year with a new goal of 3k which should be doable.

Great job everyone on their miles whether you met your goal or not. Getting the exercise is what is most important.

Greetings to all, once again I simply have not had the time to post my daily rides. I miss reading all your comments and accomplishments. I had set a goal of 600 miles for July, but rain, and a knee injury kept me at bay for most of the month. 18 rides and 359 miles for July.

Hoping to do better for August.

July 06 = 11.48 miles
July 17 = 11.43 miles
July 26 = 7.65 miles
July 27 = 7.63 miles
July 28 = 10.20 miles

MTD = 48.39 / 225.00

Well, July was certainly a disaster
