Those weren't the best days for Bicycling! magazine.

otoh, I had forgotten that STI was ever called "dual control". Still haven't tried it out, though.

Has anyone ever tried those wild Scott bars in the review? I don't know if I would personally trade what looks like intense discomfort for an 8.7% more aerodynamic ride.

I am going to call BS on that 230g claimed weight for the Scott LF drop bar. I just weighed mine:


Scott Drop LF 41cm

3TTT Prima 220 40cm

3TTT Prima 199 40cm

I mean everyone lies a little about their handlebar weights. The 3TTT Prima 220 is actually 229g and the Prima 199 207g. But lying to the tune of 30g is a bit much.
