Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fry sauce is light years ahead of just ketchup or just mayo on fries. This place was responsible for my introduction to the miracle condiment:

Yeah, I wouldn't go ghetto tubeless with road stuff. The good news (unless you're a retrogrouch) is that tubeless-ready rims have mostly taken over the market - it's really hard to bu a quality wheel/rim that isn't tubeless ready - so the next set of wheels that you buy will probably have the capability, should you have an itch to try it out.

I've got a 5lb bag of potatoes that I need to use. I've been looking at various roasted/oven fried potato recipes. One of these days.

I could *probably* get away with it since I'm running 38mm tires at 45-50 psi. But like has been discussed ad-nauseum in the greater 41, I ride like 2k miles per year and get maybe one flat per year, so tubes work out just fine for me right now.

'll probably make the switch when it comes time to replace my rims, but that's even several years away with how much and where I ride. I'm not exactly on the brakes very much here in northern IL

I still make it at home, occasionally. I do think I prefer just ketchup. I can't do just mayo.

I think I was introduced to it at "Jumbo Burgers" in Ogden UT.

My current favorite condiment -

Great on things like egg rolls and potstickers. Also good on chicken nugget/tenders. Mixed with mayo, it would probably be great on fries.

Back in the days when I was doing a century every Sunday, the rear tire did the ride just fine and the following Sunday it was flat. Pumped it up and rode the century. Flat a week later. This went on for a number of weeks,

How many years since I last rode a century? 4, maybe

True, it's a hardship. But huge sacrifice?. If they didn't give them away, they'd have to dispose of them some other (certainly more costly) way.
