P-clips on Aluminum fork?
I would like to be able to install pclips (these tubus ones: clamp set - Accessories rear carriers - Tubus) on an aluminum fork to install a front rack, the Soma Lucas. The fork is a NOS Sakae Litage. I wouldn't carry any more than 10 pounds on the rack probably.
Okay? Not okay? Would it be alright if I just wrapped the fork blades with copious electrical tape where I mount the pclips?

I'll second not using electrical tape. It will compress and slide between the layers quite easily over time and with stress. Andy
