Can sealant freeze?

If you're far enough north, in Yakutsk or Fairbanks, is it possible for sealant to freeze and fail to perform its function?

Yes, but Stan's works down to -20F. Orange Seal makes a SubZero version of their sealant that also works down to -20F. https://shop.orangeseal.com/products/subzero-sealant

It would probably be spring rather than winter. In the video the vlogger notes it was so cold his tubes weren't functioning properly.

Y'all are about 80°F (57°C) colder than any temp I care to ride at. Call me impressed! I'd offer you some beer, but probably you want something warmer... How 'bout some hot chocolate?
