Would you have an electric gravel bike?
It's like a bike in disguise with pedals?

The local bike shop has some Kona Libre EL that look really nice. A few years ago the owner wouldn't even entertain the idea of ebikes, now he rides an EL.

A bike in disguise? In disguise as a bike you mean so exactly what it is with no disguise?
E-bikes are awesome would happily own another one, I take mine on gravel and it is great granted mine is set up more like a mountain bike than a drop bar gravel bike and in the end is really a commuter bike with a nice Fox 36 Fork and Rohloff.
I don't see any reason not to have electric gravel bikes there really aren't bikes I don't think should be electric though some of the drop bar bikes with heavier motors aren't ones I would choose but like the Fazua and Specialized SL line are quite awesome.

I do have one.

It is a bike. There's no disguising involved. You don't go anywhere unless you pedal. It is nothing like an electric motorcycle or moped. No throttle. It's a Class 1 bike, powered by the Fazua drive system.

IMO, two wheels & pedals = bike.
Regardless if it has a motor & battery, still is a bike as long as it can be pedaled to move.
Two wheels & no pedals = scooter or motorcycle.
If it has 3 wheels, it's not a bike, it's a trike.
Gravel e-bike would be great,

Well, moPED does have pedals, but they're geared so low, you can really only pedal like 5mph. Pedals are mostly to get momentum to start the engin by dropping the clutch since they don't have a Kickstart or electric ignition.
