It looks like a 54cm. I thought about going and getting it for the price. I need to start setting my sights higher, though. If it's still there in a week I will get it.

FWIW, don't ever turn down a bike just because it's Tange 2 instead of 1 or Prestige. I have frames made out of Columbus SL Ishiwata 22, 531, Tange 1, 2, Prestige, and others. If you took the stickers off and I forgot what they were, The Tange 2 might be the favorite.

FWIW, the only difference between Tange 1 and 2 is the wall thickness. 1 is .8/.5/.8 mm double butted main tubes and 2 is .9/.6/.9 mm (same as old Columbus SL). There is no difference in quality or material.

That's what I want, a seatpost mounted rack that the clamp can be opened on and the rack removed without having to remove the seatpost from the frame. That's a really good deal.

Cheers

I like those panniers. they remind me of my old Lugger brand ones that also had a pocket at the rear of the rear pannier, that a fuel bottle fit into perfectly. I like the side loading feature of the main compartment and the internal frame. I wish I could find some near me in as good a condition as those appear to be in. I also like and would like to get another of those low-rider racks.

^^^^^^ The angled part of the front panniers is supposed to face aft, to provide toe clearance.

Still, unusual to see all five pieces match.

It is considering how old those are. They look to be in fantastic shape too.

Buy the complete bike and then if your willing and shipping isn't astronomical, I'll be willing to buy the five bags from you.

I'm not really in the market but it is my size and type; however, if you're serious about the bags why not respond to the ad with an offer to buy the set of bags? There was a set of Eclipse racks and bags on a bike for sale that someone here was interested in and I advised him to do that and it worked out for him. Worth a try.
