Question regarding Garmin VRIB Overlays

In the video above is my first time using the Garmin’s VIRB overlay to create a video of my first ride of the season using GPX data imported from Strava..

Is there additional data I could have imported over if I used a Garmin GPS unit?

The video and GPS data is manually sync, so I’m not expecting it to match perfectly. However, in certain shots, the bike computer in the video would say 17mph, but GPS data would have 9mph. This discrepancy lasted over a minute. Is this a GPS, bike computer, and/or sync issue?

Is there anywhere to import VIRB cycling overlay templates?

Any ideas, improvements welcomed… Would love to this overlay in biking videos…
