Scrooge McDuck gold mine sale
After Andy outed me as the "Scrooge McDuck" of Campy hoarders last week, I have decided to let loose of a few bits of Bling. I am starting with a few hub sets and then shall progress to some other items that might be of interest to this esteemed group. I am offering these up as re-conditioned parts as they have all been taken apart, cleaned, races polished back to mirror finish, new bearings, and fresh lube. They should all be ready to build upon receipt. As always PM me and first to respond is first to get the parts. Smiles, Scrooge McDuck AKA: MH
Set A: SR low flange hubs 36hole 126 over-nut length. Curved QR levers and new end caps. $120 shipped with USPS. SOLD
Set B: Campy Record high flange hubs Straight levers and old skool caps. 36 hole 121 over-nut length. $150 by USPS shipping.
Set C: Campy SR low flange hubs. Curved skewer levers 28 hole and 126 over nut length. $120 with USPS shipping.

Andy,
You started this! Just wait to see what else comes out of the mine, there are few gems and even a few you may want. Smiles, Scrooge McDuck AKA MH

James I would think so. With some if the rims today being stronger like the triangular design I would not hesitate to build them up. I would probably use DT2.0 straight gauge spokes for added strength. Smiles. SM

jamesdak,
If you are worried about strength, I have these two rear New Old Stock in 5 speed spacing. An axle change and spacer will get to 6 speed length. The high flange hubs should have a bit more strength due to shorter spoke lengths. I would still think of using 2.0 straight gauge spokes to increase strength.
New Old Stock 28 hole high flange hubs (rear only!). Straight skewer levers make them NR models.
$75 per hub shipped. Smiles, Scrooge McDuck

stoneageyosh they are made from Sunday comics pages. You must follow the instructions carefully, and your finished hat will look like the one Calvin and Hobbs wear when out exploring. Smiles, Scrooge M

A few more nuggets from the gold mine:
Hub set D. Low flange, 36hole, with SR QR's. 127.5 over nut length. $120 shipped
Andy said he was looking for more range on the rear. This was likely a take off from a Paramount. Range is 13-36 on rear with wrap-up for 38-54.
Slight damage (Scuffing on inner cage) from shifting. Seen at the right of this photo. $175 shipped
More to come as I continue to go into the gold mine. As always, first to PM gets the item. Smiles, Scrooge McDuck

These old Campy components are just gorgeous. I can see why folks are so attracted to them. If I was in the market for high flange hubs, I would be all over those.

I went back into the gold mine today and ran into a vein of these:
NR rear with replacement sealed bearing jockey pulleys. Two orange and one green. Completely reconditioned with new stainless steel adjuster screws.
Back view. Each set of pulleys has been carefully fitted to the exact thickness to have a correct chain line. Pulleys are anodized aluminum.
As always first to respond by PM. Pick your choice of these three. $90 shipped Smiles, Scrooge McDuck
