sub 2500/3000 eur bike with tyre clearance

hello,

i am looking to buy a bike to mainly use on road but I would like to have the option to put 30 or even 32 if possible mm tires to do some light gravel too

is there any specific model (not above 9kg) that you guys can recommand ?
