I can speak to the smaller sizes based on my wife's purchase experience. She's 5'2" and is on the very top of the XS size and bottom of the S size windows. She tried both and the Small was a much better fit. She like the feel of the S and the shop said it fit her better. I'd say try out both sizes in question and go from there.
