Are you 5'4" or 6'0" ?. Thats the range I would expect those frame sizes to fit.

Thought I had something for you, but the Miyata is 23" or just over 58cm.

I have a nice Miyata 610 I need to move on. A little small for me at 54-55 cm. It fits 27” wheels and I was in process of adapting for 700c wheels when I decided on another frame for the project. Let me know if interested and I’ll get you details, measurements, etc.

This 23" 1986 Schwinn Voyageur has been available for a while. They've been asking $300.

This popped up on the "Looking for, Ebay" thread. Find a facilitator. Maybe the C & V pipeline can get it to you.

I've got some F&F's and could probably cobble some parts together as I have a lot, but it depends on what you want.
Ive got a 1985 Trek 620, F&F, in a 21" frame, clean but has some slight dings that I am having problems capturing on photos.
Ive got a 1985 Trek 729, F&F, in a 23" frame but it is a little rough with some kickstand damage at the chainstays. I was going to use it as a 650b conversion because it wouldn't bother me to take the torch to it.. I can get some photos if you want.

This would be the ticket all day long for me. Very happy with mine, so much so that its kept me from getting more bikes for myself since its purchase, I just pickup bikes to work on for friends.
They call it a 23" but IMO fits more like 22.5.

That would be an illusion on an old iphone photo. The frame is straight.

Thanks for all the replies. I’m looking for something that will handle the load for a tour from California to Florida. I bought a Surly but it turned out it was stolen and it made it back to the original owner.

Not many production bikes available that are better suited than a LHT. Used to have one, but had delusions of it being a good bike for randonneuring.

I dug up NorthBend’s old thread on his cross country trip on his Woodrup. It’s a great read and maybe will give you some insight on what you’ll need.
