Although I have no memory of the actual incident, I remember going through a green light at an intersection before where I was hit and then waking up in a CT scanner at HersheyMed, I suspect you are right.

Further, based on the police estimation that I was hit at 25mph or 30mph, I suspect that the driver never stopped in the middle turning lane before making the turn. He glanced up the road saw it was “clear” and kept going without slowing down.
