Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Won't be in my garage for a few years at least. I still have 1.5 years left on the Taycan lease, and the Jeep is only 2 years old with less than 20k on it. Next car is going to be my wife's. She'll want something more tame like a Macan or Q5.

Jury is still out in my mind, but I've read that the lighting is exceptional. They are distinctive looking.

I have no idea when we will replace my wife's car. She has a '14 Mercedes C250 with low miles, and she loves the car. She's been working at home since early '20, and there are weeks that go by where the car doesn't move, and the times it does get driven it isn't very far.

Same here. She currently has the 2017 Macan S with about 45k on it, but it's in almost like new condition. She doesn't work, but she does have a busy yoga, lunch and shopping schedule.

Mrs. GeneJockey clings to The Sienna That Won't Die. It's now old enough to drink.

I'm old and slow, but could probably beat either one of those in a drag race - on my bike!

I definitely can't run in heels.

Don’t know what it is, there’s just something about the Bronco that putts me off.

Definitly agree on the Bronco Sport. I do like the big horse though. But, don't get me wrong. If I picked door number 2 and there was a G Wagon behind it, I would not be trading it in on a Bronco.

Picked up the new Dragonfly from REI. Got it for 25% off. (Fuel bottle sold separately.) Sounds like a jet engine when used at full throttle, but the flame control is excellent. The current one is wearing out, and I somehow lost the wick.
