Can someone recommend me the pedal system with shortest possible axle length and usable for a road bike?

A pedal with a short axle/spindle? I think you are just going to have to look.

If this is a parts question, you might ask in the bicycle mechanics section. Many of them never come in here where we just try to get our saddle height correct or reach to the bars correct.

Thanks for replying. No its actually a fit question. However I went the other way around and bought the Shimano Ultegra R8000 with 4mm pedal axle which "knock on wood" so fare seems to get better on with my hip issues.
