inner thigh irritated pain

So I have raised my seat and set it back a little and I thought it was more correct but my inner thigh where the soft tissue connects my leg to my pelvis is rashing. Im not sure what part of the saddle is doing this or if its too far back or too high. Now this is a comfort bike and comfort saddle I just tried with weight in my backpack.

Return the saddle to its former position and see if it occurs again. If it doesn't, try adjusting the saddle along one plane at a time (either raise it or move it back, but not both), and ride it. If the chafing reoccurs, you'll know which adjustment is the culprit. But it could just be that the saddle is too wide; comfort saddles are often ironically named.

That comfort saddle is probably the wrong shape for you. You probably need a saddle with a more abrupt transition between the seating area and the nose, more T shaped and less pear shaped. Also comfort saddles are padded more heavily than is necessary and that padding can cause problems, hence regular road saddles are very lightly padded.
