1978 Grand Touring
Based on the color and black stripe on the crank arms, it's a 1978 perhaps early 1979 Motobecane Grand Touring. Looks pretty much all original except for the stem shifters.
CAVEAT: Asking "What's it worth" is frowned upon in this forum. There is always the suspicion that someone just picked up a bike they want to flip and are fishing for value!
There was a "What's It Worth" sub-forum but I can't seem to find it.
Used to be moderators would "flip" posts with "What's It Worth questions over there.

The paint condition is exceptional at least in the one pic. This model (Grand Touring) is pretty common however. I would say $200. Ideally revert the shifters and remove the tri bars to improve the appeal. I sold a mostly original '76 that was pretty nice, but not as nice as yours, for $125. Mine took a week to sell.

Price depends on where you are selling it, how you are selling it, and the cosmetic and mechanical condition it is in.. Tires and brake pads fairly fresh? I have been looking for bikes for a couple of friends. I keep seeing the same overpriced junk posted for months. Not much sells around me. It apparently was a bonanza for used bikes last year, though. Get this one back as close to original as possible. The frame pump and Blackburn pump are pluses. Those triathlon wannabee bars are a negative, but can be sold separately or added to the appropriate type of bike. No matter what, the bike would be worth worth $150 (+/- $30) in my neck of the woods. You might see similar ones for $350, but asking prices aren't always selling prices. You also don 't want to really stick somebody, since it probably needs an extensive and expensive overhaul. BTW, those concave Belgian Weinmann rims are practically indestructible.. For what these bikes are, they are exceptionally nice. Motobecane even went with SunTour derailleurs. Very reliable. The paint finish and detailing on the GT is also outstanding.
