Vintage leather seat identification

Wondering what this is. I can't quite make out the wording. Its a little shorter and narrower than a b 17. I think I can make out the numbers 99 on one side maybe.

No wording on bottom. Bolt rather than allen key on adjuster.

nothing on the back. There are bag hangers.

89 or 99 on side?


Can't make out word. Almost looks backwards to me

the circular devices at each end of the oval logo stamping contain the letters T on the left and B on the right

these stand for the name of the maker: Etablissements Tron et Berthet

the firm also produced saddles under the names BIM, NOREX & Faucheux

I have the same saddle on my Peugeot PR-10, it's pretty comfy so I like it.
