Addiction 2021.4

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The current set of all-seasons are done. Good time for a Spring wheel upgrade on the SportWagen.

Building management usually gives us a gift box from Di Bruno's. But every year it seems to get smaller and smaller.

Yep. Note proper orange contrasted to weird "orange."

Ha ha. That's just a statistical association in an epidemiological study. Interesting, but hard to say what's driving it. Viagra does, in fact, promote brain blood flow and has been considered for dementia and traumatic brain injury.

Selection bias. People with dementia typically are not interested in such things.

The hosts of a local morning talk show were talking about this today. One of them brought up how the drug was originally tested for heart problems. Imagine being in that study. "Uh..Doc. Can we talk about something?"

As if they didn’t have enough reason to price gouge already.

Well this apple TV thing isn't working out at all. I can't do anything without an iTunes account. I don't have access to a machine I can make the account from safely. Man they saw me coming on this one. So frustrated I could just spit. I have one more shot. Thursday the "Apple guy" will be @ the best buy store till 5pm. "He can help you". He better or its all going back!

I'm putting away some laundry, including the warehouse sale score from the weekend. Looking forward to wearing this in five months or so -
