Anyone rebuild a cartridge bottom bracket?
I haven't tried this before: looking at rebuilding a Shimano BB-CS10 sealed cartridge bottom bracket.
This one installs from the non-drive side and the adustable cup is on the drive side.
It appears to have a lock nut on the left side, similar to the one RJ rebuilds in his YT video.

I don’t think most were intended to be rebuilt. I’m unfamiliar with shipmano model numbers is this an entry level BB or a Deore / 600 level thing?
One obstacle might be getting correct size replacement cartridge bearings.
It’s a page or two back now but someone posted in the “What are Wrenching On” thread about doing one.

I've used a pick or small screwdriver to pry seals away, inject grease and replace the seal.
On Shimano units like the 6500, UN55 etc. I've drilled a hole in the side with a carbide centerdrill. Use a vacuum and suck up the chips as you go, you don't want them in the bottom bracket. Inject grease with a needle on a grease gun. I've brought some back to life and ridden thousands of miles on them.

That said, I've thought about it. And if you're trying to keep a bike completely original, you may have no other choice but to give it a try - either via cleaning and re-greasing the bearings as BradH suggests or removing/replacing them if they're totally kaput.
Hope it turns out well if you choose to go that route. If you do, I'd be interested in hearing about your experience in doing it.

I had watched the RJ vid, which led me to think it's doable.
He says the locknut is left-threaded.
All the other cartridge bb that I have used install from the drive side.

Came apart. 13/16 spark plug socket for the locknut, left-threaded.

My ignorance - does a cartridge bottom bracket imply it has cartridge bearings or is it the fact that the “cartridge” is basically a singular unit irrespective of bearing type within?

From the above, it appears that the OP's BB-CS10 is indeed user-serviceable (whether that was Shimano's intent or not). Shimano's EV doesn't indicate that it was so designed, but the fact that it can be non-destructively disassembled with common tools implies that it can indeed be serviced and/or overhauled - provided the bearing races aren't toast.

I wonder if 5500 level, 105 bottom brackets are serviceable? I have a few old ones of those stashed back somewhere.

it might be due to the way the software interprets how the picture was taken and / or stored on (whatever) device (for lack of a better technical explanation)
try this to correct -
edit the photo: rotate / save - then edit again: rotate to original orientation / save
then upload and picture should be oriented correctly
