Clarification: this is not me. I stumbled across this upbeat snow video that I wanted to share it with you. Thought it was so cool to start off the new year.
One or two wheels, cycling in the snow keeps us both young ;-)

I'll take the unicycle out for serious distance in the winter to the degree to which i can stay warm (50 miles New Years Eve, 20 today) but I'm just not comfortable when there's snow and ice.
Part of it is I figure that if I did come off, I'd probably not mange to stay on my feet and run out the momentum the way one can most of the time after an "oops", and unless we're talking playing around with a fat tire in fresh powder, slipping and falling bodily onto a mixture of cold pavement and patchy ice doesn't sound fun at all.
But I know people who look forward to putting a studded MTB tire on and playing around in snow, frozen lakes, etc to the point where they find it sad if there isn't enough snow in the winter to justify switching to that tire.
